Guren

Guren is the leader of Orochimaru's subordinates and a crystal style user. Guren is also skilled at taijutsu as seen when she was fighting against Kakashi and Naruto.

Guren became a member of the Hidden Sound Village after Orochimaru destroyed her village. Orochimaru noticed Guren and her abilities and offered to let her come with him. Guren admired Orochimaru's strength and chose to go with him. Later she was shown to be fiercely loyal to Orochimaru almost to the point of an obsession. Originally she was supposed to be Orochimaru's next vessel after Kimimaro died, but she was late in her arrival and Orochimaru had to choose another vessel. After this she went into seclusion until Orochimaru called for her. Guren was ordered to capture the Three-tails with a small squad she set out. The Hidden Leaf Village was also trying to capture the Three-tails and this led to Guren coming into combat with Kakashi and Yamato's teams. Guren used her Jade Crystal Blade technique on Hinata and encased her entire body in a crystal needle and escaped. A short time later Guren and Naruto were swallowed whole by the Three-tails beast during a failed attempt by Guren's team to capture it. Guren and Naruto were forced to fight together against a seemingly infinite amount of miniature Three-tail beast clones. After escaping from the Three-tail's stomach they both hurried to stop Kabuto from capturing the three tails and to save Guren's team. The duo eventually manages to stop Kabuto and save her teammate but Guren was forced to encase herself in her own crystal needles in order to stop Kabuto. Naruto believed that Guren had died and so the Hidden Leaf left the battleground to head back to their village the next morning. Guren was shown during the night to be alive and leaving with a man and a child from her team to go live as a family at an unknown location.
