Character biography

Morino Ibiki is one of the elite jounins who is introduced during the first part of the chunnin exams. He is Konohas head torture expert and chief interrogator. He is the master of mental torture and can mentally break down ninjas. His face is covered with scars and burn marks from being tortured which only proves that he has a extreme endurance to pain.

There is not much fighting from Ibiki shown but being an elite ninja it would only prove that he has a lot of strength and can put ninjas down when he needs to. Ibiki is also the older brother of Morino Idate a ex Konoha ninja.
