Character biography

Morino Idate is a cheerful determined young man who works for the Wasabi clan. Idate possesses skills that most people shouldn't be able to possess unless they were training in the arts of the ninja. Which is not known is that Idate was once a genin of the village of Konoha but because of his failed attempt to correctly answer a question in the chunnin exams he was failed. He then was manipulated by Aoi to steal 2 special treasures from Konoha that way he could be a Chunnin in the hidden village of rain. He did as was told and was then stopped by his brother Ibiki. After the events which took place he and his brother were captured by the Rain ninja and interrogated and tortured.

Idate being the coward that he was at the time begged for his life and his brothers but to no avail, his brother then made a move in which Idate was able to flee but at the cost to thinking his brother had died. Years later he realized his brother is doing well and this hurts him everyday to know that he betrayed his own village and his brother as well and constantly looks down on him self. When he was picked up and taken under the wing of the head boss of the Wasabi clan he initiated a new brother or father type of relation ship with him and holds him in very high regards. He would put his life on the line for him.

Idate at first seems like he hates all types of ninjas but this is only because he was betrayed by his own teacher and he betrayed his own village and brother and this guilt has forever been withheld in him. To help ease his guilt he makes the illusion that he hates all ninjas to better soothe his soul.

Idate is currently a subordinate of the boss of the Wasabi clan and runs for him in the Todori Burning Race. He is a fast person thanks to his training as a ninja but he still has a long way but a unsure way to go to become a strong ninja if he plans to return.
