dude! totally!! there one of my favorite bands!! man, in the future, i wanna see all the greatest bands ever in a hall of fame! offspring, beatles, simple plan, lincoln park, nikel back, and hopefully, below zero! which is my freind arrons band! they are uknown, but i think they might want to keep it that way..
That also works. But....stop eating for 3 days, this emties all the food out of your body...do lots of running each day for about 3-5 hours...drink little water, why I say this is because when you're exercising intensly your body needs water to function, and generally by not eating your body eats muscle tissue, fat has a lot of water storage in it, by exercising and not eating for long periods of time and dringking the minimal amount of water needed to live, your body targets fat....it's just hard to stick to it.....your body will like this new change....but your mind will tell you eat....it's all phycholigical....I lost 40 pounds this way...
